1. ENTER EXECUTIVE SESSION
   1. To discuss strategy for contract negotiations with Ralph Carrero for the position of superintendent.
2. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
3. CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS WITH NEW SUPERINTENDENT
   1. VOTE to designate and authorize an LAE Board Member to initiate contract discussions on authorizing with Ralph Carrero with the understanding that any contract will be presented to the LAE Board for its approval before it is executed.
4. ADJOURNMENT
