Average daytime temperature of 78 degrees, with three days in the low 90’s. There was less than 2” of rain, having minimal impact to progress. Even with extreme temperatures in July, there was minimal impact on progress. Structural steel work is mostly complete, plumbing and HVAC are progressing level by level. Traffic interruptions are expected to continue at Erving Ave. and Bruce St. for deliveries during the daytime hours.
