large student group holding certificates

70 Seniors from Abbott Lawrence Academy were recognized in a special ceremony held at Merrimack College. The students have been earning college credits over the past two years ranging from Biology to Political Science. The program began with support from Commissioner of Education, Jeff Riley, who was serving as Superintendent in Lawrence at the time. Congratulations to all the students and best of luck. ALA PTO and Staff

ALA students are thankful for their families, ALA PTO, and ALA staff for putting together our annual Thanksgiving Potluck and providing enough food to feed over 360 people. Everyone in attendance enjoyed amazing food, music, dancing, and quality time before going off on break for a couple of days.

Before heading on break, ALA students engaged in our annual Holiday Decorating Contest. Each Homeroom put their creativity to the test in order to create displays that explored diverse perspectives of holiday celebrations.
