Massachusetts offers both the GED and HiSET as approved tests that lead to the awarding of a Massachusetts High School Equivalency credential. The Lawrence Public Schools - Adult Learning Center Test Center is located at the Lawrence Public Library, 51 Lawrence Street (3rd floor), Lawrence, MA. We administer the HiSET test in both Paper/Pencil and Computer format in English or Spanish. The GED test is administered in both English and Spanish, computer-based only. Those planning to take either set of tests must register for an account at www.HiSET.ets.org or www.GED.com, schedule tests and pay for testing through this same website.
