Teachers and staff across Lawrence Public Schools gathered at the High School Campus for the annual Kick Off celebration filled with exciting performances from students across all grade levels. Teachers cheered as the new school year got started in style. Performance photos here

 There was a great turnout at a special event where 120 families new to the Lawrence Public Schools received information about the School District and other local agencies serving our families. The Community, Family and Student Engagement Department coordinated this effort.

Lawrence High School Cross Country team is practicing hard and they are ready for the competition. LHS team members are looking forward to the first of three home meets. Group of students participating in The annual Spicket River clean up
Students and adults of all ages turned out to be part of the 800 person volunteer team that cleaned up the Spicket River on Saturday, September 13th. Everyone worked hard gathering lots of trash to keep our river clean and safe. Nice job, everyone!
