The FROST MIDDLE SCHOOL IS CONDUCTING A COOKIE DOUGH SALE FOR THE BENEFIT OF OUR STUDENTS. MONEY RAISED WILL BE USED FOR FIELD TRIPS, SPECIAL EVENTS, AWARDS AND EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS.
PLEASE TAKE THE ATTACHED BROCHURE AND CIRCULATE IT AMONGST YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. PLEASE RECORD WHAT YOUR CUSTOMERS PURCHASE ON THE ORDER FORM PROVIDED AND COLLECT MONEY AT THE SAME TIME.
PLEASE DO NOT TURN IN THE ORDER FORM KEEP IT HOME IN A SAFE PLACE AS A DELIVERY RECORD WHEN PRODUCTS ARRIVE.
BEFORE TURNING YOUR MONEY, PLEASETRANSFER YOUR TOTALS FROM THE ORDER FORM ONTO THE “MASTER ORDER SHEET” ON THE BACK OF THIS LETTER AND TURN IN WITH YOUR MONEY BY APRIL 29, 2022. PLEASE REMEMBER TO FILL IN ALL THE INFORMATION ON THE FORM AND DOUBLE CHECK IT AS WELL AS THE MONEY COLLECTED BEFORE TURNING IT IN.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE PREPAID. ONLY CASH OR MONEY ORDERS PAYABLE TO: FROST MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO WILL BE ACCEPTED AS PAYMENT.
