Curious Creatures visited the Hennessey School. Our students learned about how snakes use their toungues to smell, how chinchillas clean themselves, and how tortoises protect themselves from predators.

Our PTO was a success this month! We finished the series of "Promoting Routines, Expectations, and Positive Behavior at Home. For our last session parents created tools for their child to use for regulating emotions. We also had a continuation from our last meeting and parents learned about the First/Then chart which is a visual tool to help students complete tasks at home.
