The Wetherbee staff and students are showing their school spirit. Spirit week was created by 8th grade students in partnership with Aaron's Presents. Mrs. Niziak's 6th grade students showed up dressed to impress on Dress Up Day!

On Monday, June 4th, Grades K-2 displayed what they've learned throughout the year with a grand finally concert! They have worked very hard throughout the year with Urban voices, learning new songs.

Teacher Luncheon

 Teachers enjoyed a delicious luncheon provided by the amazing Wetherbee PTO as well as a sweet display of treats from the Wetherbee Administration.

Wetherbee Grade 8 Students Joined the Walk for Hunger on May 6, 2018

On Sunday, May 6th, fifteen 8th graders from the Wetherbee School walked 10 miles through Boston at the Walk for Hunger to support Project Bread. With the help of Aaron's Presents, students raised $500 to help hungry people in Massachusetts.The kids were champions! 

Young Professionals

On Friday, April 27th, the 8th grade hosted the Greater Lawrence Young Professionals Network for a Career Speaker event. The Young Professionals met with small groups of 8th graders to discuss their jobs, educational backgrounds, and how they got to where they are today. The students had a great time and learned a lot!
