Alma Advisory Group is leading the search for the next superintendent in Lawrence Public Schools. Alma is a national executive search firm that is woman and minority-led. The organization utilizes a community-centered, transparent, inclusive, and equity-focused approach to finding talented leaders for school systems. Alma will facilitate a planning process with the board to conduct this search and lead focus groups and stakeholder meetings to enable authentic engagement in determining the right candidate profile for the next leader of Lawrence Public Schools.
